As is widely known, alternative medicine has found a solution for almost all health issues with which we are facing nowadays. Thus, it has also offered a remedy for back pain and ankle pain, health issues believed to appear as a result of sedentary life and physical inactivity as well as counted among the most common ones in contemporary time.
Instead of reaching for painkillers whenever you feel pain, we recommend you to make this natural remedy that will help you maintain your healthy ankles in good shape and relieve any pain.
For the preparation of this amazing salve you will need the following ingredients:
- 300-400 g garlic
- 1 l unrefined quality vegetable oil (olive oil, sunflower oil or other)
- 1 glass jar
Cut the garlic finely, put it in a glass jar, and pour the vegetable oil over it. Next, close the jar tightly and leave it to stay in a dark place at a room temperature. The mixture should stay in the jar for 2 weeks, but during this period you should shake the jar every day. Finally, when the 2 weeks’ period is over, you will get garlic oil and you need to strain it either through 3-4 layers of gauze or twice through a plastic fine strainer.
How to use it:
Massage the affected areas, the areas where you feel any pain, with the oil, for example the lower part of your back (the cross-sectional area) in case of osteochondrosis, back pain, or in case of osteoarthritis – ankle and wrist pain. Afterwards, cover the area with a nylon bag and put on gloves (in case of wrist pain) or socks (in case of ankle pain).
Garlic improves blood circulation in aching ankles and wrists and thus helps to restore their function.
You should practice the treatment with the garlic salve for at least 2 months. For precaution, we advise you to consult your doctor before you start using any natural remedies.
