  1. I’ve read lots of articles on this lemon water thing and have been pureeing a whole scrubbed organic lemon and adding a liter if water to it every morning. I’ve read that the zest, fruit, and white pith are all beneficial, the seeds are bad? I’ve been throwing a whole lemon in the blender, seeds and all, is this ok, good? Thank you!

  2. i’ve started making flavored waters to help me stay off of sodas/coffee etc.i bought 6 half gallon ball canning jars.i make a fresh batch every week..i start my day with an 8 oz glass of lemon water,half a organic(local grown/home grown)lemon thin sliced(peels on) in half gallon of filtered water,i keep on my the frig i keep a few different flavors depending on whats growing in my garden or i’ve bought at local organic market.i like cucumber/lime with mint leaves or apple with a ceylon cinnamon stick.i’ve used watermelon rinds or berries.learn to be creative its fun and grandkids love coming over and drinking or creating their own flavors
